The first time you visit formzed.com, a small window asks about cookies. Only essential keeps just what the site needs to work. Accept all also allows the analytics and marketing cookies listed below.

We remember your answer in this browser, so we don't ask on every visit. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page, or the button at the top of this page.

Forms built with Formzed don't show the window. They follow the choice you made on formzed.com, and use only essential storage if you never made one.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Sites also use similar tools, such as browser storage (local storage and session storage) and pixels. This policy covers all of them, and calls them cookies for short.

We group cookies by what they do. Only the essential group runs before you choose.

Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in consent mode: it sets no cookies and receives only anonymous, cookieless signals.

Payments and connected apps

When you pay through a form, Stripe handles the payment on its own secure pages and may set its own cookies to prevent fraud. When you connect apps such as Google or Slack, you sign in on their sites. Their cookie policies apply there:

How long they last

Session cookies are deleted when you close the tab or browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set time, or until you delete them, so your choices are remembered between visits. The table above shows how long each one lasts.

Managing cookies

The quickest way is Cookie settings, which lets you switch between Only essential and Accept all. Choosing Only essential also clears the visit ID and location our own analytics kept.

Your browser can also show, block or delete cookies. Blocking essential ones may sign you out or stop forms saving your progress. Help for each browser:
